All Fridge Door Opera product printing is managed by human beings, with human hands.

T-shirts and posters are printed in the EU, while books have printing on-location in large anglophone markets.

Everything is specially made to order by humans trying their best.

Please allow 10-14 business days for shipping to the EU, and up to 21 business days for other countries.

To keep your costs low, books are shipped via Standard Mail without tracking numbers. Please allow 14–21 business days for delivery. Because we cannot track these shipments once they leave the printer, we do not offer replacements or refunds for claims of non-delivery. By purchasing, you accept the risk of untracked shipping.

If you have not received your order after 25 business days, email fridgedooropera@gmail.com and we’ll verify a dispatch date for you.

All Sales Are Final Because each shirt, poster, and book is custom-printed specifically for you at the time of purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind or customer error.

Vendor Purchases For issues regarding products purchased through third-party vendors (Amazon, TPOP, etc.), please contact those vendors directly for their specific return policies.

Direct Purchases (Books) For books purchased directly through this site, please note the following strict delivery terms:

• Shipping Accuracy: The buyer is solely responsible for providing a 100% accurate and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

• Failed or Undeliverable Deliveries: If a package is deemed "Undeliverable" by the carrier, refused by the recipient, or returned to our fulfillment office due to an incorrect address, the order is considered forfeited. We do not offer reshipping or refunds for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address data. Sorry.

• Damaged Items: If your book arrives physically damaged (e.g., torn pages or a crushed spine), please email fridgedooropera@gmail.com with photos of the damage and the shipping packaging and we’ll work together on arranging a replacement.

What information do we collect? When you purchase a book, we collect your name, email, and shipping address. Payment details (like credit card numbers) are handled securely by Stripe and are never stored on our website.

How do we use your information? We use your information solely to process your order, ship your book through our printing partner (IngramSpark), and contact you if there is an issue with your delivery.

Third-Party Sharing We share your shipping details with IngramSpark for the sole purpose of printing and delivering your order. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security We take your privacy seriously. By using Stripe for payments, your data is protected by industry-standard encryption.

Your Rights You can contact us at fridgedooropera@gmail.com at any time to request that we delete your personal data from our records.
