Return Policy

All Sales Are Final Because each shirt, poster, and book is custom-printed specifically for you at the time of purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind or customer error.

Vendor Purchases For issues regarding products purchased through third-party vendors (Amazon, TPOP, etc.), please contact those vendors directly for their specific return policies.

Direct Purchases (Books) For books purchased directly through this site, please note the following strict delivery terms:

  • Shipping Accuracy: The buyer is solely responsible for providing a 100% accurate and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

  • Failed or Undeliverable Deliveries: If a package is deemed "Undeliverable" by the carrier, refused by the recipient, or returned to our fulfillment office due to an incorrect address, the order is considered forfeited. We do not offer reshipping or refunds for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address data. Sorry.

  • Damaged Items: If your book arrives physically damaged (e.g., torn pages or a crushed spine), please email fridgedooropera@gmail.com with photos of the damage and the shipping packaging and we’ll work together on arranging a replacement.
